MSP Journey – DCM Enablement program

The MSP Journey is an enablement program to help Indirect Providers to guide hosters through their business transformation from a datacenter hosting business into a Managed Service Provider (MSP). A recent study done by the William Blair company outlined the opportunity for Managed Service Providers.

The MSP Journey helps organizations to transform into a Cloud Managed Services Provider business model by guiding them through the business model transition and focusing on change in organizational capabilities like:

  • Strategy & Planning
  • Markets: based on market requirements & competition, define the target customers
  • Financial model: revenue streams, margins, investments, and move from a capex driven business into an opex driven business model
